For the last month, Hall County has been asking residents, property owners, businesses and community organizations to help shape the county’s future through a new survey, interactive map and a series of public meetings tied to the update of the county’s Comprehensive Plan. And the final of those meetings is tomorrow at the library at Blackshear Place.
