Hall County Government will host the first-ever Hall County Farmers Pop-up Market on Thursday, November 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hall County Government Center.
“Many Hall County citizens, as well as people who frequent the County for business, stop on a daily basis for services at the Government Center,” Public Information Officer Joy Holmes said. “We hope those visitors and our employees will look at this market as an added service for the day and take advantage of the opportunity to live and eat healthy while supporting our local farmers.”
The Pop-Up Farmers Market will be located at the top parking lot of the Hall County Government Center, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville.
It is recommended that market shoppers bring cash as a form of payment, as some vendors may not accept credit or debit card purchases.
“We know how important it is to serve your family and loved ones fresh, high-quality ingredients, which is why the Hall County Farmers Market does the work for you,” Hall County Farmers Market President Chris Cleveland said. “Our promise is to always select the finest vendors with locally grown and sourced products, so you never have to worry about where you are getting your foods and goods from.”
Some of the products expected to be available for purchase at the pop-up market include fresh vegetables, meats, breads, honey, soaps and more.
