*Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute charges have been filed against a 23-year-old man, according to Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) reports. He was arrested early Friday morning.
*Eleven fraud-related charges have been filed against a 42-year-old man who remained in the Hall County Jail at mid-morning Sunday. Bond on those charges totals $36,800 but he’s also facing two charges of probation violation and there is no bond on those.
*Bond has been set at $15,300 for a 34-year-old man jailed on burglary and four related charges – theft by taking, theft by receiving stolen property (two counts), and financial transaction card fraud.
*The suspect in the arson case is a 54-year-old woman, who is also charged with fraudulent insurance claims and reckless conduct.
Other information on each of these will likely not be available until Monday when local law enforcement administrative offices reopen following the weekend.
