A rezoning request that, if granted, would clear the way for a nearly 100-lot subdivision goes before the Cumming City Council Tuesday.
Shree Real Estate Developers, LLC, is asking the council to rezone 26 acres at Mary Alice Road and Marketplace Boulevard. The application with approval of the request would allow the development of a 91-lot subdivision on the now vacant tract.
In Habersham County, Doug Campbell seeks a “Conditional Use” for 35 acres at 850 Preacher Campbell Road for the purpose of an Event Center and Farm Tours. Horse boarding, riding lessons, private events, and shows would be offered once the facility is developed. According to realtor.com, a single-family home now sits on the site.
