The Hall County planning commission members who have been charged with violating the state’s open meetings law have filed suit against the county.
Chris Braswell, Stan Hunt and Frank Sosebee want a public hearing on the matter that the commission plans to hold Dec. 17 cancelled. They also contend in their filing that the commission doesn’t have the authority to remove them from the planning board.
