In the first-ever meeting between the two teams, the Georgia State Panthers are defeated by the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 35-12 in their first game of the season. The Jackets scored in every quarter of the game, while the Panthers scored a field goal in the 2nd quarter and a touchdown in the 3rd, but missed the extra point. State is now 0-1 on the season while Tech is 2-0. Our next broadcast of Georgia State Football comes up this Saturday, as the Panthers take on the Chattanooga Mocs.
