Georgia State kicks off their 15th season of football this Saturday as new head coach Dell McGee leads the Panthers against Georgia Tech at Bobby Dodd Stadium. The Yellow Jackets upset 10th-ranked Florida State last Saturday, 24-21, in Dublin, Ireland.
