One person was taken to the hospital following a one-car accident on Holly Springs Road early Monday afternoon, according to Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened when the driver of an SUV veered off the road into a grassy area. He overcorrected as he tried to return to the roadway, traveled across the road and flipped his vehicle in a ditch, the sheriff’s office said.
The driver sustained injuries to his face and was transported to the hospital by ambulance. He was charged with failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions.
