Oakwood Police issued an appeal for the public’s help in locating a prowler who has been seen recently around the area of The Commons Townhome subdivision located at Frontage Road and Commons Drive.
Police say the man they are looking for was seen attempting to open the back window of a residence occupied by University of North Georgia Oakwood students. This has happened between February 12 and March 7.
OAKWOOD POLICE NEWS RELEASE:
“Suspect Information: This unknown suspect appears to be a young white and/or a Hispanic male
with black hair and a slender build.
He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, sandals/slides, and light brown shorts. He appears to be
on foot and shows up in the area randomly about every 7-10 days between 2200 hours and 0130
hours.
