Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators have “no indication of abduction or foul play at this time” in the disappearance of a 12-year-old girl May 29. “There is no evidence indicating Maria was taken against her will,” a Sunday afternoon HCSO Facebook post continued.

The sheriffโs office appreciates public interest in the case and the effort to find Maria. HCSO has and continues to devote investigative and patrol resources to returning Maria home.
Maria was last seen at her home on Westside Drive off Pearl Nix Parkway around 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 29.

Maria is 5โ3โ and weighs between 100-110 lbs. She has brown eyes and long black hair. She is thought to have been wearing a bright blue shirt (as seen in the photo). No other clothing description is available.
