Nine USACE Parks will be Open for July 4th Weekend

Hall County Government is assisting the U.S Army Corps of Engineers in managing nine USACE parks on Lake Lanier to ensure that boat ramps and day use parks remain open and publicly accessible.

In a release from Hall County Government, County Administrator, Zach Propes, commented on the partnership by stating, “Since the recent closing of several Lake Lanier parks in Hall County, we have worked diligently to find a solution which would allow us to reopen parks and boat ramps on one of the most visited lakes in the Southeast. We are grateful for our state representatives and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for working with us to ensure Hall County’s citizens and visitors can continue to enjoy Lake Lanier throughout the summer.”
