Communications in the Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) have been restored after an outage Sunday afternoon that caused what were described as “intermittent issues with communications systems” at all NGHS locations.
NGHS officials issued an alert saying the outages “may impact your ability” to:
- Call any of our Urgent Care locations
- See Urgent Care wait times and save your spot online
- Start Urgent Care video visits
- Schedule appointments online
- Call any of our NGMC hospitals
- Log in to your MyChart account
- Access other services via phone, text, or internet
“We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience,” the alert continued.
They emphasized that during the problem “locations with standard weekend operations and hours, such as emergency departments and urgent care location” were still open for walk-in care.
