Superintendent Will Schofield plans to recommend Jennifer Gibson as the
next Principal of East Hall High School. The recommendation will be made at Monday’s school board meeting.
Gibson will step into her new role following the retirement of current
Principal Jeff Cooper at the end of this school year.
She has two decades of experience in Hall County Schools, all of which have been spent at
Chestatee High School. She began her career as an English teacher from 2005 to 2015, then
served as Media Specialist from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019, she has been an Assistant Principal.
