Nationwide gas prices continue to rise as Georgia’s comes down

Georgia gas prices began retreating this past week following the governor’s suspension of the state sales tax on gas but, nationwide, they were up ten cents.

The average price of a gallon in Georgia is down eleven cents to $3.58. In Gainesville, the price is $3.62, a dime cheaper than last Monday.

Meantime, AAA says that in the now-month since the Iran war began, the national average has climbed by a dollar.
