97.5 Glory FM has confirmed that 13 additional plaintiffs have been added to the lawsuit against the owners of a Hall County daycare who were arrested earlier this year on charges of giving unauthorized medicine to children in their care.
The suit was filed in January against Stacie Fuller Young, her husband David Young, and Ptiery Verby-Sunshine Edge and alleges that children at the daycare on Odum Smallwood Road were being given Benadryl and melatonin.
The plaintiffs’ lawyer, Mike Weaver, said at the time that he expected more parents to be added to the suit.
