Are you missing a boat? If so, this might be the answer to your puzzle.
A 5.3-ton submerged boat was pulled from Lake Lanier recently by workers with Dawson County Public Works. The county’s Parks & Recreation Director Matt Payne and some of his workers spotted the boat and contacted public works.
“So,” according to a Facebook post, Public Works Director Robert Drewry sent out his crew last week…”
They reportedly spent “some time” working on it. But eventually removed it and took it to a landfill.
