Minor injuries in Mon. accident on Ga. 365

Two people complained of minor injuries following a midday accident Monday on Georgia 365 at Lula Road, according to the state patrol. Trooper said the drivers of the two vehicles involved in the accident were William Hudson, 21, Gainesville and Shelby Blalock, 29, Baldwin.

STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:

“Hudson was traveling south on SR 365 (Cornelia Hwy) in a Red Ford Probe. Blalock was traveling north on SR 365 (Cornelia Hwy) in a Black Jeep Cherokee Grand Cherokee. Hudson failed to yield while turning left. The front of the Red Ford Probe struck the left side of the Black Grand Cherokee. Both vehicles had disabling damage. Two minors were in Blalock’s vehicle.

The at-fault driver was Hudson.  He was charged with No Insurance, Failure to Yield While Turning Left, and Suspended Registration.”
