BANKS CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NEWS RELEASE:
*At approximately (9:00 Thursday morning), Banks County Sheriff’s Office and Banks County Fire/EMS were dispatched to the TA (TravelCenters of America) parking lot, located at 30732 Hwy 441, Commerce, GA, for a welfare check on a person sitting inside a vehicle.
Upon arrival, First Responders discovered an adult male that was unresponsive. The male was found to be deceased, and a death investigation is underway.
No foul play is suspected.”
