Lula officials are being asked to approve a rezoning that would clear the way for up to a 100-lot housing development in the 6100 block of Athens Street.
The Revive Land Group, LLC, is requesting that the 32.5-acre tract be rezoned from Agricultural (A) to Planned Residential Development (PRD). The development would also include amenities such trails, a park, community area, a pool, a cabana, and a dog park.
The matter is on the Lula Planning Commission agenda for the board’s January 6 meeting.
