The Lula Planning Commission is poised to consider an annexation and rezoning request for 34 acres at 5682 Julian Baugh Road when it meets next month.
Ryals Brothers Properties is asking that the tract be annexed and that the zoning be changed from Agricultural-Residential to Light Industrial.
The applicant’s plans for the site include an office, contractor shop, and “business operations.”
The planners meet Sept. 2.
