Longstreet Clinic will soon be out of network with United Healthcare

Longstreet Clinic will be out of network for most United Healthcare plans next year.

“We have put together a team here at Longstreet Clinic to partner with you to address your questions and individual situations, including any upcoming scheduled treatment and ongoing care,” reads a notification on Longstreet’s website.

It directs patients to a form on the site and asks them to use it to indicate the type of question(s) they have and says someone will get in touch with them.

A special line for UnitedHealthcare questions has been set up for those who would rather call. (678) 207-4213.

This development comes as Longstreet’s merger with Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS), which was announced this Spring, apparently moves closer.
