A Gainesville man was arrested after investigators with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Gainesville and the Hall County Sheriff’s Office seized nearly five pounds of a marijuana from a residence on Wildwood Drive.
According to a HCSO news release, Israel Delarosa, 35, was taken into custody after investigators executed a search warrant at his residence Wednesday. In addition to the marijuana, which had an estimated street value of $8,000, investigators seized approximately $36,000 in cash.
Delarosa faces felony charges of possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
