Juvenile arrested in Flowery Branch shooting to be tried as an adult

The juvenile who was arrested in connection with a Flowery Branch drive-by shooting earlier this month that left one person wounded will be tried as an adult.

Flowery Branch Police spokesman Rick Haley said Friday Fredy Interanio of Lawrenceville, who was identified as the driver of the vehicle used during the incident, is charged with five counts of using a weapon in an aggravated assault.

Though the original report FBPD: Two teens charged with last week’s drive-by shooting that left one person wounded listed him as 16 years old, Hall County Jail records show his age as 17.
