Jury selection is scheduled to begin Monday in Gainesville for the father of the accused Apalachee High School shooter.
Colin Gray has pleaded not guilty in connection with the September 2024 shooting, as has his son, Colt Gray. He is accused of giving the gun used in the shooting to the 17-year-old.
Last year, the judge in the case granted the elder Gray a change of venue. While the trial itself will be held in Winder, the judge ordered that the jury would come from Gainesville. EARLIER STORY. POSTED SEPT.5 2025: New trial date for alleged Apalachee shooter’s father with jury from Gville
