A Gwinnett County judge ruled Tuesday that Wednesday’s Hall County Commission hearing for three planning commissioners can go forward.
The ruling comes one day after a hearing into a request by the trio for an injunction against the county which would have halted Wednesday’s proceedings.
The Gwinnett judge was assigned the case after Hall County judges recused themselves from hearing it.
The planning commissioners have been charged by the county with holding meetings that violated the state’s Open Meetings Law.
