The North Hall Community Center will be open as a warming center from noon Saturday through all day Sunday. The center will offer basic services like warmth, electricity, and water, but is not a full shelter and prohibits pets except service animals. County officials also say services that are usually available on weekends will be unavailable Saturday and Sunday; compactor sites, however, will be open until noon Saturday.
In addition, District 2 Public Health offices will be closed Monday.
