A 29-year-old man was being held without bond in the Hall County Jail early Sunday, charged with home invasion, aggravated assault and other crimes – nine in all.
Cesar Sanchez-Mendez was booked about 9:00 Saturday night, according to the sheriff’s office.
In addition to home invasion and three counts of aggravated assault/firearms, Sanchez-Mendez is also charged with false imprisonment (2 counts), possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, battery, and simple battery/family violence act.
Details surrounding the case likely won’t be available until Monday morning when local law enforcement administrative offices reopen following the weekend.
