An annexation and rezoning request for19 acres on Hog Mountain Road is on the agenda for Thursday night’s Flowery Branch City Council meeting.
Highpoint Development of Atlanta is asking that the property in the 4600 block of Hog Mountain Road be rezoned to Single-Family Townhome. A part of it is not in the city and would have to be annexed, according to city documents.
Highpoint plans to develop 75 single-family lots on the property, according to Thursday’s agenda.
