HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:
“On Wednesday…deputies with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) arrested Brittany Michelle Frady, 35, outside of a convenience store in the northern part of Hall County on a single charge of public indecency. Ms. Frady is homeless, according to jail records.
Deputies responded to the convenience store in the 3600 block of Mount Vernon Road just before 10 a.m. after 911 callers reported a woman was removing her clothing outside the store and shouting obscenities at customers. When deputies arrived, they found Ms. Frady lying in the bushes outside the store with her pants around her knees, exposing her genitalia. Ms. Frady was taken into custody without incident.
Ms. Frady remains in jail on a bond of $1,300 on the misdemeanor charge.”
