Deputies with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) arrested a Gainesville man following a weekend road rage incident north of Gainesville that left the victim bloodied.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Angel Kristopher Fullmer, 26, was charged with battery and aggressive driving in the incident.
Deputies responded to the area of Thompson Bridge Road and Ledan Road around (3:00 Saturday afternoon). When they arrived, they found the victim, a 40-year-old man, sitting in his vehicle. The victim had sustained injuries to his face and had blood all over his clothing.
According to the investigation at the scene, both the victim and Fullmer had stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of Thompson Bridge Road…and Ledan.
Fullmer stepped out of his vehicle to confront the victim after he claimed the victim had cut him off in traffic. The victim exited his vehicle as well and the two began to argue. The verbal argument turned physical when Fullmer began hitting the victim in head and face, knocking the victim to the ground…
Fullmer posted a bond of $5,830 and was released from the Hall County Jail (Monday).”
A spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office say he was arrested at the scene and was present when deputies arrived.
