The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is remembering deputy Blane Dixon who was killed in the line of duty five years ago.
“Today, we honor the memory of 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘅𝗼𝗻, who was shot as he pursued four criminal suspects the night of July 7, 2019,” the social media tribute says. “He succumbed to his injuries shortly after he arrived at the hospital on July 8. We remember our good friend and colleague daily.”
