A 31-year-old man was being held without in the Hall County Jail Sunday morning following his arrest Saturday afternoon on charges of rape and false imprisonment.
Jayler Alexander Tovar is also being held for immigration authorities.
He was booked into the jail about 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
Further information on this case is not likely to be available until Monday when local law enforcement offices reopen following the weekend.
