HCSO investigators are asking for community assistance as they search for 33-year-old Mariam Busola Oyedotun of Sandy Springs. A family member contacted law enforcement on Monday, Aug. 25, 2025, when they were unable to get in touch with Mariam, who had traveled by Uber to Flowery Branch to interview for a job as a nanny.
Mariam apparently arrived for her interview just after 5:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22. She contacted her relative just after 6 p.m. to say the position had been filled and that her phone was low on battery power. The relative had no further contact with her. Deputies and investigators have spoken with several people who spoke with Mariam and saw her on Friday. She was last seen walking toward Spout Springs Road from the Lancaster Crossing subdivision around 7 p.m. Numerous attempts to reach Mariam by phone have been unsuccessful. Investigators have checked local hospitals with no success.
Anyone who has seen Mariam may contact Hall County Dispatch at 770-536-8812, extension 8, or call 911. Investigator Bray is available at [email protected]“
