Hall County Sheriffโs Office investigators are seeking information on the whereabouts of Richard Scott Rowland, 60, of Gainesville. Richard is homeless and was last heard from by the reporting party in September of 2025. He is believed to have traveled back to Gainesville from Smyrna in Cobb County, where he was in September. Richard was reported missing in late March (2026), and deputies have been unable to find him.
