HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:
“Following an ongoing investigation, Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) criminal investigators have charged a Gainesville father and mother for serious injuries sustained last year by their infant son. The child was five weeks old at the time of the reported incident.
Luis Jesus Zamora, 22, was arrested Sunday, Oct. 29, while his wife Arianna Cecilia Reyes Ponce, 19, was arrested Monday, Oct. 30. Both have been charged with felony child cruelty in the first degree.
Both Zamora and Ponce are being held without bond in the Hall County Jail.”
