A Gainesville man, Alan Gutierrez, 38, has been charged in a child molestation case dating back to 2015.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Criminal investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) began their investigation earlier this summer after the female victim disclosed the assault to a relative. The report of the crime initially was made to an HCSO patrol deputy on June 28…
The investigation to date determined Gutierrez inappropriately touched the victim, who was under the age of 16, while the child was at his residence on Forest Hill Circle. The child and the suspect are not related to one another.
Gutierrez remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond on a single felony count of child molestation following his arrest on Thursday…”
