The Hall County School District (HCSD) Friday announced the school board’s intention to adopt a millage rate of 14.99 mills this year, which is .033 mills below the rollback rate of 15.032 mills, a tax decrease.
Additional details regarding the district’s millage rate and proposed budget are available on the HCSD website (https://www.hallco.org/web/budget/).
And plans were announced for two public hearings on the millage rate as well as the 2025-2026 budget:
August 25, at 5:00 at Everwood Elementary School
September 8, at 6:00 at the Hall County School District offices
