Several state and national farm leaders visited the Hall County School District’s (HCSD) Farm and Meat Science Center Monday.
The group included American Farm Bureau President Zippy Duvall and Georgia Farm Bureau President Tom McCall.
“It was an incredible experience, and many left wanting to see this type of agricultural education across the country,” according to a HCSD Facebook posting. “The Meat Science Center, the only program of its kind in the United States, was a favorite.”
