A nearly 400-home development planned for the intersection of Simpson Road and Greenway Road is on the agenda for the Sept. 15 meeting of the Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC).
The applicant, DCCM, is requesting that 251 acres be rezoned from Planned Industrial Development and Agricultural Residential to Residential Mixed to clear the way for construction of 394 housing units.
Also on the agenda that night will be a request involving 4.4. acres at Plainview Road and Thurman Tanner Parkway where a convenience store is proposed.
