*The Hall County Commission (HCC) is facing a second suit in as many weeks. 97.5 Glory FM has confirmed that Jodi White is suing the board over approval of a rezoning request for more than 100 acres on Cagle Mill Road and Noah Martin Drive. That voted cleared the way for a development that would consist of 323 housing units. The earlier suit was filed by three planning commission members who were accused of violating the state’s Open Meetings Law.
