HCC approves Program Management Services for courthouse expansion

A spokeswoman for Hall County confirmed Friday that the county commission Thursday night approved a contract for Program Management Services for the proposed construction of the Hall County Judicial Complex Expansion. It was awarded to Turner & Townsend Heery, LLC, in the amount of $2.2 million.

Joy Licciardi also confirmed that the commission tabled until its Dec. 11 meeting a vote on plans for a townhome development on Old Winder Highway.
