The Hall County Commission (HCC) has okayed a moratorium on high-density developments.
The vote was 3-1 for the six-month pause which was first proposed by Commissioner Greg Poole in April. That was just a few weeks after Forsyth County Commissioners enacted a brief suspension in high-density developments, which came at the request of the county school board.
