Hall County Parks & Leisure is temporarily suspending online reservations in response to technical issues with its online reservation system. Staff are available and ready to assist with reservations for campgrounds, pavilions, boat ramps and amphitheaters directly by phone and email while the software provider works to resolve the issue.
“Hall County Parks & Leisure is committed to serving our community well,” Director of Parks & Leisure Brent Holloway said. “We want to assure everyone with existing reservations that their reservations are unaffected, and staff are standing by to take new reservations. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work with the software provider to restore online reservations as quickly as possible.”
