Hall County Government officials, including District 3 Commissioner Gregg Poole, will hold several public informational meetings in District 3 next month to discuss sales tax programs, the State Route 365 Planning Study and the 2025 State of the County.
“These meetings are all about transparency,” Poole said. “It’s not only one of the County’s organizational values but is key in our local government to ensure the County is acting responsibly in service to our citizens.”
Among the topics that will be discussed at the meetings are Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST), Transportation SPLOST, the 2025 State of the County and the State Route 365 Planning Study, which evaluates the current and future travel conditions along and adjacent to the 365 corridor in Hall County.
“Road infrastructure improvements in Hall County are essential in keeping up with growth. The 365 Planning Study specifically addresses our needs in anticipation of the Inland Port and how its operations will impact travel along 365,” Poole said.
