Hall Co.’s plan to track progress on 2045 Work Plan

Hall County will conduct its first Quarterly Execution Review (QER) of the County Work Plan on Tuesday at 1:30. The review is part of the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and is designed to evaluate progress toward established goals and action items.

The review is part of Hall County’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and tracking progress on long-term goals, according to a news release.

The sessions will provide a process for tracking progress and adjusting priorities as needed by focusing on:

·     Assessing progress on current goals and action items

·     Identifying resources needed for successful completion

·     Re-evaluating goals to determine if they remain viable

“This initial review is an important step in ensuring accountability and transparency as we work toward the long-term vision outlined in the Comprehensive Plan,” Assistant County Administrator John T. Gentry, Jr. said. “We look forward to providing updates during each succeeding QER until we transition to the new work plan in the fourth quarter of 2027.”

Tuesday’s meeting will be held at the government center on Browns Bridge Road.
