Hall County is seeking proposals for development of a 20-year sewer system master plan update and rate study for North Hall and South Hall.
“(The) work will include reviewing sewer service districts, determining location of gravity sewers, force mains, pump stations and possible new treatment facilities (and more),” according to an legal ad announcing the invitation for bids.
The project will also include a review of “large land tracts within these boundaries…providing for potential capital budget costs of proposed improvements…determining rates for the proposed sewer services (including a multi-year rate phase-in plan); reviewing possible funding sources of improvement…”
May 9 is the deadline for submitting proposals.
