Bond has been set at $7,260 for a Gainesville man, Austin Clarence Mosley, 23, who is charged in connection with a hit-and-run accident.
HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:
“(Early Monday morning), deputies responded to a single-vehicle traffic accident on Browns Bridge Road near Fincher Drive.
When they arrived, they found a vehicle in a ditch, but no driver at the scene. Deputies were able to make contact with the registered owner of the vehicle who indicated Mr. Mosely had been driving the vehicle that night.
Deputies made contact with Mr. Mosely and determined that a friend had picked him up from the accident location.
He (is charged with) leaving the scene of an accident, duty to report an accident, failure to maintain lane and driving too fast for conditions.”
