The Gainesville Parks & Recreation Foundation is in the running for a grant from a national organization, the Levitt Foundation, to help bring more outdoor music to town.
“Help bring more FREE, live music to Gainesville! Vote for us to become a #LevittMusicSeries grant finalist, and we’ll be one step closer to a matching grant to bring a free outdoor music series to Midland Greenway,” says a posting on the group’s Facebook page. “Voting ends September 15, so vote at levitt.org/vote today or text GVILLE to 877-409-5525.”
