GEORGIA STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“On Friday, April 4, 2024, Troopers from Post 6 Gainesville responded to a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 985 South at the Queen City Parkway.
A Freightliner with a 53’ trailer was parked on the right shoulder of the Interstate 985 South on-ramp from Queen City Parkway.
The driver of a Nissan Armada was traveling south on Interstate 985 failed to keep in the proper lane and struck the left rear of the trailer.
The driver of the Nissan Armada was transported to NEGA Medical Center by EMS with serious injuries.”
