Gville building permits for Oct.

Included were 15 for new single-family housing expected to cost $2.4 million. In all there were 74 residential permits okayed during the month – including single-family, additions, remodeling, etc. – at an estimated cost of $3.8 million.

On the commercial side, six permits were approved for new construction worth $34 million. Throw in everything else and the total number is 93 for work expected to cost $39.5 million.
